Basic and diluted earnings per share
Earnings per share is calculated by dividing the net profit for the year by the weighted average number of shares outstanding during the period. Diluted earnings per share is determined by adjusting the net profit and the weighted average number of shares outstanding, for the effects of all dilutive potential ordinary shares. As at 31 December 2021, the Group has not issued any instruments which dilutive impact on earnings per share would have when converted or exercised.
