Corporate Initiatives 2023

Since inception, Finance House has always sought to grow alongside the community in which it operates. Finance House embarks on a journey into the cores of Economic Sustainability Governance (ESG). Making a positive impact goes beyond the boardroom as we dedicate ourselves to supporting community development through diverse initiatives. Our commitment to social responsibility and sustainability takes centre stage, we strive to uplift the communities we operate in, fostering a culture of giving back. This journey where every action contributes not just to growth but also to the larger tapestry of social responsibility and sustainability.

• Finance House sponsors students through the “Students Scholarship Program,” empowering them with monthly stipends. We support the “Work Experience Program Pilot Project (WEPP)” by MOHRE and HCT, fostering Emirati youth’s transition into the private sector. Additionally, our “Student Internship Program” offers undergraduates hands-on training across diverse departments, preparing them for successful careers. Our commitment to education and investing in the future remains unwavering.
• Finance House and Tadweer have partnered for the UAE’s “Year of Sustainability 2023” initiative. This includes Finance House’s Recycling Initiative within the FH Group and the “Switch off the Lights Campaign” to reduce energy consumption. Through these efforts, we’re committed to a greener, more sustainable future, demonstrating the impact of collective action on environmental conservation.
• Finance House shared the success of our “Valley Clean-Up Campaign”, conducted in collaboration with Fujairah Adventure, Fujairah Environment Authority, Adventures with Nature, Dibbah Municipality, and Civil Defense. Together, our collective efforts have not only made a positive impact on our surroundings but have also taken a significant step towards realizing a cleaner, greener future. As stewards of our community and environment, each of us plays a crucial role in shaping a sustainable tomorrow.
• Among the community initiatives that Finance House takes great pride in is the “Organic Food Market”, a collaborative effort featuring locally produced goods crafted by individuals of determination, in partnership with the Zayed Agricultural Center for Development and Rehabilitation. This initiative stands as a testament to our ongoing commitment to support, integrate, and empower these individuals, facilitating their active participation in both work and daily life.
• Finance House prioritizes women empowerment, recognizing the contributions of our female employees. We also sponsor talented female Emirati drivers in the F.I.A. Formula 1 Academy championship with MP Motorsport, celebrating their impact on our company and society.
• Finance House won the Employee Engagement of the Year – Financial Services award at the Middle East Management Excellence Awards, showcasing our commitment to a collaborative and empowering work environment. Our innovative initiatives like a unique working week and holistic well-being programs contribute to a harmonious and high-performing workforce.
